How do I work?It is usually a good idea to meet to discuss your requirements, although this can also be done remotely via e-mail or phone.To start with you will be asked to think about colour, shapes, sites you like and the structure of your own site. If you have an existing site I will ask you to think about how you want to change and improve it and we will look at your current marketing and advertising to make sure it is all consistant. Once a clear brief is decided your site is moved to the next phase which is the initial design and layout. These are provided as flat visuals using stock images and dummy text if no text is available and from these designs we end up with one that we are both happy with. The next phase is a 'skeleton build' where the site and its pages are built up awaiting content. This gives you a feel for how the site will work in the broser. If content is available on an existing site I will use this and format for the new style. Finally all content provided is formatted for the new look and feel and your chosen keywords and phrases to help search engine optimisation (seo) are insterted in the site code. When the site goes live I add in Google Analytics code so we can track the traffic to your website and verify and submit the site to Google.
